Here at Myndful Yoga Studio we offer a wide range of classes from Reformer Pilates, including Pre/Post Natal, Mat Yoga and Aerial Yoga.
We have Beginners levels for those wanting to start their fitness journey or who are returning to exercise, all the way up to Intermediate classes offering clients that next level challenge.
Nicole became a yoga teacher after realising how her practice allowed space in her life to switch off and recharge, both physically and mentally. Begin a busy working mum of two young children, this time became her sanctuary. She wanted a chance to share this experience with others.
After completely her 350hr Yoga Course in 2016, she has continued to learn and grow, adding many different fitness genres to her portfolio.
Nicole currently teachers, Mat Yoga, AntiGravity Fitness (FUNdamental, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Suspension Fitness), Kids Yoga and Reformer Pilates.
Nicole is one of 7 siblings and loves Christmas time when everyone comes together.
Lynne is passionate about passing on to others the benefits she has personally experienced through the practice of Pilates and believes that Pilates is for everybody, regardless of age, shape, fitness level or past exercise experience.
Lynne teaches group Pilates Reformer classes from beginner level through to intermediate as well as pre and post-natal classes and private lessons.

Samantha has been teaching group pole, dance and fitness classes since 2015. Pilates started off as a way to cross-train but she fell in love with the challenge.
With her passion for teaching and love for Pilates she completed the Certificate IV at Breathe Education in 2018' and is currently completing the Diploma of Clinical Pilates.
Samantha is a dog mum who loves cuddles with her furry trouble makers.
Chrissy started regularly practicing yoga around 5 years ago. In 2016 she undertook an intensive 900 hour teacher training course at Gita International. Chrissy is passionate about making yoga accessible for every body - regardless of size, age or ability
Chrissy loves to travel and has visited 28 countries.
